How can I place my order?

You can shop online through the webshop. Choose your favorite item(s), fill your shopping cart, and follow the steps to enter your shipping and billing information and pay securely online.

How will my order be shipped?

​

We send your order well-packaged via bpost or another parcel service, depending on the destination. With the track and trace code – which you will receive by email – you can follow the journey of your package.

Via bpost, you can always enter your delivery preferences if you are not home to receive your package.

What is the delivery time?

Your package will be posted within 2 to 4 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is done via Bpost:

• in Belgium: €5.70

• Netherlands & Luxembourg: €16.40

Can I pick up my order myself?

We are happy to deliver to your home or workplace, but if you live near Bruges, you can pick it up at pre-scheduled times.

You can select this option when checking out your order.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your package is ready for pickup.

Return policy

 

Can I return my order?

If it’s not what you expected, you can return your package in its original packaging within fourteen days of delivery. The refund will be processed automatically once we have received the package.

Return the package (at your own expense) to the address provided to you by email.
